About the Role
Founded in 1980, our client’s clinic is a highly respected specialist practice focusing on periodontics and implants. They feature five state-of-the-art treatment rooms, advanced technology, and a committed team, supporting their expanding team of two Periodontists and four Hygienists. The practice provides a calm and friendly atmosphere for both patients and staff, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Duties
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
- Uphold the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and care.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices.
- Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases.
- Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening, and dental implants.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Resolve gum issues.
- Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Roles open to both Australian and/or New Zealand trained Dentists, as well as Dentists qualified and trained in the United Kingdom (subject to visas and clearances).
- Must be eligible for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
- Strong experience in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills.
- Experienced dentist or new graduates.
- Growth mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
