PMO Director (Contract)

Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are currently seeking an experienced PMO Director on a contractual basis.

Your new Role

As a PMO Director, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a PMO Director include:

• Establishing and operating the PMO for a significant program of works.
• Refining some of the existing enterprise-level PMO practices in line with changing requirements.
• Establishing best practices and frameworks in line with changing requirements.
• Leading a team of PMO Managers and Consultants.

What you bring:

• Track record of successfully providing Program PMO services for large technology programs.
• Proven ability with the management of complex program scheduling, financial and resource management, and deliverable management.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomes.
• Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda.
• Exceptional references from previous employers and client sponsors.
• High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
• Natural team-building skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situations.
• Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
