A Hampshire-based Local Authority are looking for THREE Private Sector Housing Officer’s who are wanting to join a borough which is whome to two stunning National Parks – New Forest and South Downs!
That means that working for this authoirty, you can enjoy over 2,100 square km of Natural Beauty on your days off!
You’ll need experience in:
🏡Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints.
🏡 Investigating HMO’s.
🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.
🏡 Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.
This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough area to complete inspections.
