About the role:

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Production Manager to lead production, logistics and compliance in a growing, dynamic company. This is a vital role, and we need someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in when the team needs support. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations across production, logistics, warehousing and compliance.
Implement lean processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Forecasting/reordering/resourcing of materials.
Support and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
Troubleshoot production/logistics issues-get involved when things need fixing.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and improve operational reporting.Requirements:

Experience in operations management – manufacturing/production experience is essential.
NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive change.
Hands-on attitude-willing to get involved on the ground when needed.
A problem-solver with great organisational and analytical skills.
Practical experience of medium batch production process.Salary: £Competitive
