We believe in the science of team and the potential of great teamwork. Because when matched with the right team, true talent has the power to enhance a culture of performance.

About the role
Join a substantial, forward-thinking business committed to achieving Best Practice Supply Chain through high performance, and investment in people, systems, and processes. You will join the planning team to support the implementation of an innovative planning tool, a major milestone in the Sales and Operations Planning Cycle. As a key member of the planning team, you will develop and maintain production plans, balancing demand and production capacity. You will coordinate delivery across a multi-site manufacturing network, and track plans and delivery performance.

We are looking for Expressions of Interest from those who are keen to work for the business at a critical and exciting time. The Planning team is gearing up to work on the deployment of the new system as the company prepares to transition to the new business planning platform. Your work in the planning team will be directly working with new processes and systems during the roll-out across manufacturing sites, as well as continuing the support for current processes where required.

This is a genuine opportunity for you to impact a positive change during a key period of change and significant investment in the business.

These expressions of interest will be for roles on an initial fixed term contract basis, for 12 months, which provide a great opportunity to be a part of business improvement and connect you with the core of the business. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can use your problem-solving skills and play a key role as part of wider team delivering exciting change. This is a great chance to make an impact and learn and grow your experience.

What you’ll bring to the role:

In this role you’ll be standing up new systems and embedding them within the business, so you’ll be an active do-er, driving change across the Planning space. You’ll be able to pick up new systems, technology, and processes well, and ideally already have a good understanding of our Planning function.

In addition, you will bring.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability to learn and master new systems quickly
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, adjustments to production and logistics plans to accommodate unforeseen challenges or shifts in demand.

Prior experience in a Planning role would be beneficial, but we will also consider applications from people who have studied or worked in the Supply Chain space.
