Production Supervisor
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Hours: 41.25 hours per week on a 4-week rota basis as below:
Monday Friday working 1 in 4 Saturdays:
6am to 3pm 5am -9am on a Saturday
7am 4pm for the other 3 weeks
Salary: £41,895
Benefits: 27 days holiday + bank holidays (7 days to be used for Christmas shutdown)
Duration: Permanent

Our client based in Mildenhall are seeking a Workshop Supervisor, where you’ll manage a hardworking crew, oversee quality and safety, and help drive continuous improvement. If you love problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and leading from the front—this is your moment!

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimise productivity.
* Maintain an adequate stock level within the department, ordering resources as required.
What we are looking for:
* Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
* Experience with drawings and managing production schedules
* Experience of managing and leading a team
* Ideally a Level 2 City and Guilds qualification in Metal Inert Gas Welding or an equivalent qualification or:
* Previous welding and people management experience and prepared to complete the qualification.
