Your new role: We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Based at our Avondale office, the major focus of this role will be responsibility for the handling of enquiries, preparation of quotations, order entry, forecasting and managing delivery.

As our successful candidate, you will: Manage delivery of product in accordance with GWA guidelines and within customer time frame. Maintain high degree of customer service and professionalism. Liaise with Procurement Manager on product availability as required. Report all market and competitor activity in the marketplace to management. Ensure projects and Builders quotes are at maximum profit within GWA Policies and guidelines. Maintain a high level of communication on relevant builder/housing/commercial information to all members of the housing/commercial sales team. Update all required housing/project orders in a timely manner as per service standards. Maintain a level of high accuracy regarding demand planning and monitoring levels to fulfill orders. Ensure all reporting is up to date, and send to manager relevant parties or agreed days. Communicate with sales staff, distributors, and plumbers to ensure blanket orders and forecasting are received and updated for upcoming housing/projects. Manage the Housing Group Show Home Agreements, load the requests into the system, add the details to the show home register, and notify sales staff when a show home is coming up for renewal.

About you: Along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role, you will have: An ability to develop and maintain relationships with work colleagues and customers at all organisational levels internal and external to the organization. Knowledge and skills in applying and using computer systems, spreadsheet and database application skills including MS Word and Excel. A methodical and organised in approach to work. Strong attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks. The ability to work independently and autonomously with self-guidance. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable, but not essential.
