Project Manager – Groundworks

My client is an industry leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a large groundworks contract based in Essex.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Producing RAMS

• Producing cost plans

• Quality Assurance.

• Producing programmes

• Managing the client

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Project Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)

• Experienced in groundworks and RC for specialist contractors.

• Experienced in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.

• 12+ years project management experience
