I’m looking for a reinforced concrete subcontracting Project Manager for a £20m podium slab and structures package on a new build residential development in Birmingham city centre.
My client is a long-established contractor in their sector with a reputation for delivery and a high quality product.
This project is due to start imminently and I would like to speak to candidates with a successful track record in the delivery of similar schemes. This is a £20m+ package so you’ll need to have delivered packages of this size.
The rate is negotiable but would be around £(Apply online only) with room for negotiation and the contract will be long-term and you’ll be joining a thriving contractor with a solid reputation.
A relevant degree is a bonus but not essential- the key is relevant experience of reinforced concrete structures.
