About the role: As a Project Manager within our Group Technology organisation, you will be responsible for the delivery of enterprise ERP projects. You’ll use a mix of Project Methodologies to successfully deliver on time and on budget, working closely and in collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.

Please note that this is a 9-month fixed term employment based in our Auckland office.

What you’ll do. Lead the delivery of complex ERP projects at enterprise level. Manage key relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Oversee and manage budgets and resourcing in collaboration with senior managers. Identification and resolution of risks and issues working with relevant stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project governance and support related activities. Provide timely project status reporting to key stakeholders, and present to project steering committees and senior product managers. Use your experience to identify and resolve challenges, and skilfully navigate the project to ensure success. Apply quality assurance practices to our execution activities and deliverables. Ensure high levels of satisfaction with our delivery

What you’ll bring: This role will require you to be enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude towards how you approach your work. You will be engaging, intelligent and driven in your approach to client satisfaction. Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator and will come from a successful background of enterprise ERP systems and project delivery.

You’ll have: Experience in the implementation of ERP systems at an enterprise level and related improvement projects. Demonstrable experience in people management when it comes to delivery. Ability to manage complex issues of a diverse nature. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer relationship building and management skills. PRINCE2 or PMI certification desirable. Experience managing projects using a mix of Waterfall and Agile principals.
