Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire
Package: Up to £65,000 plus travel allowance

We are working with a well-established Main Contractor that is expanding its Frameworks Division and is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be working within a strong commercial team, supporting framework projects valued between £50K – £2M across the public sector. This role requires someone with framework experience, strong commercial management skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and client relationships effectively.

Duties:
Working within an experienced team delivering fast-paced, public sector framework projects
Managing all commercial aspects, including cost control, valuations, and forecasting
Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements
Providing financial reporting and risk analysis to ensure successful project delivery
Working closely with the Contracts Managers, Compliance Manager, and Business Development Manager to maintain project efficiency Requirements:
A Project Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a UK Main Contractor
Proven experience managing projects within the £50K – £2M range, ideally within frameworks
Strong ability to manage upstream and downstream relationships with clients and subcontractors
Ambition to progress within a growing and established commercial team What’s in it for you?
