An industry leading, multi-billion-pound investment and property management company are looking for an experienced and dynamic Property Management Surveyor to join their well established team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, providing top-tier management services to clients across Scotland. The business is investing hundreds of millions in the Scottish property market.
As Property Manager Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, budgets, compliance to ensure smooth operations, maximising property value and ensuring that tenant relationships are effectively managed. The right candidate will have a chance to work with with a strong and exceptional team, representing a UK leader in property investment and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Acting as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Handling lease negotiations, rent reviews, and service charge budgeting.
Ensuring compliance with property legislation, health & safety, and sustainability regulations.
Liaising with asset managers to enhance property value and performance.
Managing tenant relationships, addressing concerns, and coordinating maintenance. About You:
Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.
Knowledgeable about the property market in Scotland, particularly Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
Ability to manage multiple properties and clients effectively.
A proactive, problem-solving approach with a keen eye for detail. In return:
