Hyperion Partners are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading housing provider, seeking a Property Services Officer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional with a passion for compliance, repairs, and voids management to make a real impact.
About the Role:
Working within the Property Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are ready to let, well-maintained, and compliant. You will oversee smooth property handovers to landlords while ensuring high standards are upheld.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting property inspections, voids management, and compliance checks.
* Completing basic repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks, including painting, decorating, and system checks.
* Ensuring all health & safety and compliance regulations are met.
* Working closely with the Property Services Manager, Compliance & Repairs Coordinator, and Housing Team.
* Using digital tools to log repairs and service tasks accurately.
* Roaming role – daily property visits with regular attendance at hubs in Bury St Edmunds and Diss.
The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Passionate about property, with strong sector knowledge.
✅ Experienced (12+ months) in property compliance, voids, repairs, and planned works in a residential setting—or has transferable skills.
✅ Independent worker who can balance a varied workload.
✅ Hands-on approach, confident in carrying out minor repairs and maintenance.
✅ Health & Safety aware, with knowledge of compliance regulations.
✅ Driver – must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle for work us
