We are working with a leading manufacturing firm with a reputation for excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This role is critical to their operations and offers a dynamic work environment where confidentiality and discretion are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger.
Reconcile supplier statements to ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payment runs and manage cash flow related to supplier payments.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries.
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
Maintain confidential financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proficient in using ERP systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
