Quality Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer for the Aerospace industry. They are looking for a Quality Manager to provide overall Quality Management performance and ensure Quality Management is continuously improving.
The Role:
* Audit Quality Systems to ensure manual procedures are up to date and being adhered to
* Ensure training and the inspection of equipment are up to standards
* Prevent NC occurrence of product, process or quality system nonconformities
* Ensure that the Quality System is established, implement and maintain in accordance with AS9100
* Investigate, determine root cause analysis, initiate the corrective issues to ensure they don’t arise (e.g. RCCA, problem solving, PFMEA)
Candidate Requirements:
* Background as a Quality Manager in the Aerospace industry
* Solid expertise in problem solving through Lean Six Sigma and other quality techniques required to identify route causes and engage sustainable solutions to issues presented.
* Proven experience leading aerospace/engineering compliance audits
* Strong knowledge of applicable quality standards such as AS 9100 & ISO 9001
