Troubleshoot issues
Ticketing system
Linux (Red Hat / CentOS):
System administration activities (build, support, manage, patch, break / fix, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, etc.)
Linux Clustering / Virtualization technologies (VMWare) / Oracle RAC
Solaris:
System administration activities (build, support, manage, patch, break / fix, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, etc.)
Solaris Clustering / Solaris virtualization technologies (LDOM / CDOM / Containers) / High availability solutions
Windows:
System administration activities (build, support, manage, patch, break / fix, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, etc.)
Windows Clustering / Virtualization technologies (VMWare)
Necessary Skill Set:
Unix/Linux/Windows Certification Preferred / Familiarity with VMWare strongly preferred /
