A boutique consultancy based in the heart of London are seeking a Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join their lovely team! This role will be based 5 days a week in the office.

Your new role

Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring professional service always
Answering the phone and fielding queries
Managing meeting rooms
Distribute incoming and outgoing post
Ordering office stock (stationary and kitchen) and ensuring the office is well stocked at all times
Coordinating deliveries and organising couriers
Providing Health & Safety checks for the office
Support with the organisation of social events within the office and outside the office
Coordinating the cleaning crew

What you’ll need to succeed

Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-6pm

Experience in a similar role

Positive and hardworking team player!
