Description

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will work as part of a busy in house recruitment function, support with a wide range of vacancies across the UK.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
Proactively generate new candidates
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Screen applicants for suitability and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Promote the company’s image as an employer of choice
Provide feedback to applicants on their interview performance and application status.
Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will be available to start at short notice, you will have a proven Recruitment background, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced, blue-collar/industrial sector.

You will demonstrate a proactive attitude to candidate sourcing

Job Offer
