We are delighted to support them as they grow their team, introducing a brand new Recruitment Co-ordinator role. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE.

Working within a supportive team, the Recruitment coordinator will support a team of HRBPs, and lead in everything Recruitment!

Working closely with stakeholders to manage and support/guide through recruitment process
Job advertisements, ATS management and CV review
Candidate communication and organising/attending interviews
Manage the full candidate cycle – creating a strong and positive experience for each applicant
Candidate attraction- a social media guru, who can promote employer brand and create talent pipelines
Full onboarding process, paperwork, communications up to contract of employment
References and compliance administration
Support and lead inductions – they have a very strong induction process for new starters, and this person will be the face of the business during this process
Represent the organisation with apprentice suppliers – schools, colleges, and interact with apprentices
Represent the company at job fairs
Works closely with HR BP team and cover for HR Co when on leave.
