Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading real estate firm who are expanding into the strategic consulting services to cater to the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead direct sourcing and managing relationships with recruitment agencies. The Recruitment manager will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand departmental needs and deliver recruitment strategies. A key focus will be on sourcing talent for the new Strategy Consulting business and enhancing the recruitment capabilities of leadership across the organisation.
About the role
– Direct Candidate Searches: Proactively identify, engage, and recruit top-tier talent across various roles to meet business needs.
– Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and values. Regularly review the preferred supplier list and negotiate favourable terms.
– Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to design bespoke recruitment strategies. Provide coaching on recruitment best practices and ensure leaders understand their roles throughout the selection process.
– Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, reflecting the company’s brand and values at all touchpoints.
– Talent Pipeline Management: Act as a brand ambassador at events and networking opportunities, promoting the organisation. Develop a talent pool for future hiring needs through networking, internal referrals, and speculative inquiries. Manage a shared talent database across the HR team to maximise recruitment efforts.
Candidate Profile:
– Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within luxury brands and/or professional services sectors.
– Expertise in leveraging digital recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and online job boards.
– Exhibits personal qualities valued by the organisation: an ownership mindset, hardworking, intelligence, collaboration, integrity, and humility.
– Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and a variety of selection techniques.
– Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others.
– Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring decisions at all levels of the organisation.
