The Role
As the Regional Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with OEMs and System Integrators across a variety of industries. You will work with a market-leading portfolio of linear motion and precision-engineered components, identifying opportunities to support customers with innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and identifying opportunities for growth.
New Business Development: Proactively seek out new customers, expanding the company’s footprint in key sectors.
Technical Sales: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on linear motion products and solutions.
Industry Engagement: Engage with manufacturers, machine builders, and automation specialists to position the company as the go-to partner for precision engineering solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a regional sales plan, aligned with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales and technical teams to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technology developments.

Who We Are Looking For
Sales Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within automation, robotics, mechanical components, or industrial engineering.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working with OEMs, end-users, or system integrators in relevant sectors.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to discuss technical solutions with customers.
Self-Motivated & Driven: A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with engineers, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.
