Essential Duties
Navigate through the assigned territory, guiding and training company representatives, builders, and distribution channels.
Cultivate solid relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and effectively managing any concerns.
Consistently achieve sales goals by engaging customers in your territory to choose our products and services.
Employ analytical skills to determine the most impactful sales and marketing practices.
Devise and implement inventive sales strategies to amplify sales in your territory.
Represent the company at trade shows, enhancing product and service visibility.
Ensure our brand’s presence in the territory aligns with company goals.
Demonstrate products, utilizing samples to highlight superior features and benefits.
Conduct market analysis to gauge customer needs, sales potential, and competitive pricing.
Liaise across departments to enrich products and the customer experience.
Maintain and update key account and contact lists using CRM tools like Hubspot.
An ideal candidate will have
Bachelors degree
5+ years of dynamic sales experience, preferably within the pool industry.
Established connections within pool equipment distribution networks.
Strong analytical abilities and adept problem-solving.
Skilled in negotiation and sales consultations.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedication to customer service excellence.
Willingness to travel up to 80%, including both day and overnight trips.
