Salary – £35,857 – £41,578 per annum + welcome bonus of £3,000
Location – Ayr
Hours – Permanent, Full Time or Part time – depending on your preference
Shift Pattern – 08:00 – 8:15 – mixed shifts or nights only – depending on your preference
Summary
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD ) for a low secure hospital for adults, in Ayr.
Supporting complex mental health needs, personality disorder, trauma, psychosis, self-harm and offending behaviour.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD ) you will ensure adults within this low secure service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Requirements
A relevant nursing qualification – Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN or RNLD )
A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
A minimum of one years of mental health / learning disability / low – high secure, forensic, PICU, acute, rehabilitation / NHS or private experience ( working as a nurse )
Strong team-working skills
A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
