Job Title: Nurse – Days

Salary: £23.79 per hour + incentives

Hours: Part-Time 7am-7pm, 2 days a week (including some weekends)

About the Home

Located in a picturesque village near Sleaford, this home provides high-quality personal, nursing, and dementia care for up to 42 residents. The home balances a warm, homely environment with modern care facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe setting for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and care team.

* Ensure positive outcomes for residents, including effective medication management, minimising falls, and promoting overall well-being.

* Support and supervise care staff with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating.

* Administer medication, write and update care plans, and maintain accurate daily records.

* Promote residents’ dignity, choice, and independence while ensuring care plans are regularly updated and evaluated.

Essential Requirements

* Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

* Minimum of one year experience in a nursing home setting

* Experience in writing Person-Centred Care Plans

* Must live within 30 minutes of the home

Preferred Requirements

* Three years’ experience in a similar nursing home role

* One year of experience caring for residents with dementia

* RGN qualification
