Automotivate are a new and exciting vehicle sourcing and conversion specialist business, focused on delivering vehicle solutions for our SME and large fleet customers. In addition to our vehicle sourcing divsion, we have are a growing prescense in the long term vehicle hire market with Automotivate Vehicle Hire Ltd.
We are actively recruiting for a Rental Development Manager to join our rapidly growing business focused on helping new business clients to source all commercial vehicle types.
Successful candidates will be self motivated, driven, creative, a great communicator, and have an established pool of clients to approach with solutions. The successful candidate will have a high work ethic and experience of cold calling and negotiation skills.
Key objectives of the role include:
* Identify and actively engage with new prospect customers for the business.
* Qualify new prospect customers to understand their requirements and guide them in their purchasing needs.
* Prepare and submit quotations to new prospect customers and follow up secure the order.
* Secure orders from new prospect customers and progress satisfactory delivery through to completion.
* Achieve set sales targets for both volume and profit.
* Provide ongoing Key Account Management to allocated customers to build relationships and promote the company to increase customer business and enhance Automotivate’s reputation.
