We have an urgent requirement for proactive and detail-oriented Repairs Officers (Level 1) to join a dynamic housing provider with offices in North & West London. This is your chance to provide exceptional service to residents by managing and completing responsive repairs.
Key Details:
Hourly Rate: £15.67 PAYE / £20.60 Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with portential to extend
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Locations: Rotational between Hammersmith (3 weeks) and Kings Cross (2 weeks)Your Role:
Progress and complete day-to-day repairs with urgency and precision.
Review, accept, and verify contractor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy.
Manage repairs to prevent delays and ensure timely completion.
Record and communicate updates using Workwise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ needs and prioritising critical repairs.What We’re Looking For:
Experience with repairs processes, housing tenures, and IT systems.
Ability to manage high workloads, completing up to 70 cases per day.
