Residential Sales Manager, Bedworth
£30,000 – £35,000 Basic (OTE £50,000 per annum)
(Monday Friday 9 am 5.30 pm and alternative Saturday am)
Highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager required to join this successful, forward thinking company.
Overseeing and supporting the Sales Team, day to day operations, whilst fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Improving Branch performance
Coaching and mentoring a team and assisting with training initiatives
Conducting market appraisals and valuations
Winning business
Marketing reviews and updates with clients
Client care, building and enhancing professional relationships
Requirements
Estate Agency experience at Valuer level or above.
2 years managing a team.
Confident, forward-thinking, creative. Excellent communication skills.
Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable.
Good knowledge of the local area.
Full/clean driving licence/own vehicle
