Salary: £27,144 – £30,127.50 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 3 shifts: Morning, Afters and Nights

We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading manufacturing business operating in an advanced manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient running of their state-of-the-art robotic machinery. About the job:
– Perform daily pre-start checks according to site controls and code of practice.
– Operate and maintain advanced robotic welding machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
– Program robots and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficient production.
– Perform all touchpoint functions involved in robotic welding operations.
– Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment.
– Meet production schedules to the correct quality levels and within specified timeframes.
– Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader.
– Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
– Monitor products to ensure customer specifications are met, taking corrective action as needed.

About You:
– Experience in robotic welding within the manufacturing sector.
– Strong understanding of robot control interfaces with ancillary equipment.
– A flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
– A focus on quality, consistently promoting its importance to others.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas.
