Salaried GP – Modern Practice Near Daventry
Join an innovative and expanding GP practice located in a state-of-the-art building near Daventry. The practice offers free parking, an on-site Boots Chemist, and a nursery, creating a supportive environment to grow your career. They are offering 4-6 sessions p/week and up to £11,000 per session rising to £11,500.
They are an accredited training practice dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and professional development, all while fostering a collaborative and compassionate team culture.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide primary care services across a variety of clinical settings.
* Contribute to the development of the practice through meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Participate in immunisation and vaccination programs, clinical audits, and governance activities.
* Help achieve maximum outcomes in QOF and other performance measures.
* Share responsibilities for patient queries, prescription checks, and duty rota.
What We’re Looking For:
* Full GMC registration with GP registration.
* Eligibility to practice independently as a GP in the UK.
* Entry onto the Medical Performers List.
* Excellent communication, clinical, and IT skills.
* A team player who can work under pressure with a forward-thinking mindset.
