Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured as base + commission tied to new revenue generated

The Role:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Ad Advance’s growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients. Your expertise in digital advertising and client relationship management will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the Fortune 1000 space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within enterprise-level clients, focusing on long-term revenue growth ($1,000,000 annual revenue target).
Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Present tailored solutions to meet client needs, effectively conveying Ad Advance’s unique value proposition.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools for tracking and forecasting.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Represent Ad Advance at industry conferences and events.
Engage with high-potential growth companies, establishing rapport with decision-makers through strategic outreach.
Strategically develop client relationships, focusing on long-term success beyond immediate sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
Proven success in business development, focusing on selling enterprise-level products or services.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in digital advertising or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
Strong team player with excellent presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required (20-60%).
Preferred – Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM platforms.
Preferred – Prior experience in selling digital advertising services to enterprise clients.
