Sales Manager
An excellent opportunity to join an Established, Growing, National Industry Award Winning business within the design, sales, installation, and maintenance service industry.
Our client offers a full range of bespoke designing services, full turnkey project management, project refit, installations, single to multiple commercial appliance sales plus full-service, repair maintenance services which include some of the most respected restaurants, hotels, and eateries in the UK.
Sales Manager: Benefits Structure
* Hybrid working, 1/2 days office, 2/3 days in the field seeing clients (mostly inside M25) or working from home.
* Company Car
* Uncapped commission OTE Excess £85,000
* 28 days holiday

Sales Manager: Role
* Customer relations and engagement with new and existing customers
* Manage some existing high-value key accounts and target new hotel and restaurant groups.
* Developing accounts to drive sales, using our CRM data to strategize
* Sales of individual equipment, full project, and maintenance / PPM contracts across all three companies.
* Project values from £20k – 1.5 million in size
* Management of a team, driving sales and ensuring KPIs are met
* Commercially minded
Sales Manager: Key skills
* Great communication skills
* Experience in the food service industry or commercial catering equipment is preferred.
* Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals
* Good data analysis, planning, and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction
* Conflict management, business negotiation, and essential business applications.
Sales Manager: Beneficial skills :
* Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
* Experience with HR procedures and processes
* Experience in managing teams, setting, and monitoring targets
* Experience in full project delivery
