My client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your mission is to support your team by ensuring timely assessment of requests, customer financial analysis and by helping customers with their services.
Key Tasks:
* Building partnerships with assigned clients
* Evaluating requests and communicating approval or rejection.
* Ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.
* Supporting Sales force and interact with customers.
* Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
* Reviewing accuracy and ensure completeness of all information and documentation.
* Contact with colleagues and/or Customers to collect the missing information/documentation.
* Entering relevant data into management IT systems.
* Providing support with the contract process.
Experience and Skills
* A natural rapport builder – able to quickly engage with a wide variety of people
* A strong ‘will to win’ – excited by working towards targets
* Perseverance – the desire to complete tasks to support colleagues and clients
* Commercial acumen – to speak with a variety of customers in a credible and informed manner
* Team Player
* Strong organisational abilities – including good time management and attention to detail
* Ability to identify sales opportunities: which you’ll direct to the Branch Leader or Regional Sales Manager
