We are currently looking to recruit school administration support for a schools based in the Skelmersdale area.
We are seeking candidates with receptionist, attendance, administration or finance skills and you should already possess excellent working knowledge of school systems such as SIMS and FMS.
Working hours are 8.00am-4.00pm.
You will be handling face to face and telephone enquiries from parents, external agencies and members of the general public
Overseeing access to the building for visitors, providing visitors passes –
Assisting teachers and senior leadership team with data entry on pupil records and reporting on SIMS
Supporting with pupil attendance and speaking to parents, teachers and outside agencies regarding this
Updating attendance information onto SIMS and reporting as required
Helping to arrange teaching supply cover on occasion
Inputting orders and invoices onto FMS – Photocopying sorting post, filing and general administrative support
