Job Role : SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Secondary SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with small groups of students with diverse learning needs, providing tailored instruction and support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities SEN Teacher:
Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons designed to meet the individual needs of each student in the group.
Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement education plans for students.
Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
Encourage independence, self-confidence, and self-advocacy skills in students with SEN.Qualifications for SEN Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Special Education or a related field.
Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEN, preferably in a small group setting.
Strong understanding of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices in inclusive education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching and supporting students with diverse needs.
