One of Melbourne’s biggest and best indie teams are looking for a Senior Account Director to join them in a 12 month maternity leave contract. This agency has a strong reputation for creating a great culture and hold a wonderful agency/client relationship with one of their biggest accounts – so you’ll step into a well-run, efficient, and well-resourced team with junior team members at SAM and AM level to guide and mentor in your role.

Reporting to a Group Account Director, you’ll be responsible for team leadership, creative delivery, financial management and client relationships in a role that will see you working with senior client stakeholders for the retail marketing division of the organisation.

You’ll execute campaigns across a mix of media including print, TVC, digital, OOH, radio and social. You’ll also work across some cutting-edge automation work, alongside specialists in your broader team.

You’ll take a leadership position on creative brief development, client presentations and building opportunity for account growth collaborating with the Agency Leaders who will also support you in your role.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a current level Senior Account Director or a well-established Account Director wanting to take the next career challenge. Ideally, you’ve worked on large brands working across complex integrated campaigns and are a detailed, organised and customer focused candidate. This is an initial 12 month maternity leave role based in an inner-city spot close to transport and great coffee.
