The Role:
Lead the design of marine-specific electrical systems, drawing on over a century of company expertise.
Drive innovation in electrical design, integrating state-of-the-art technologies for enhanced performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of electrical solutions into marine vessels.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering skill development within the team.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering tailored electrical solutions that meet or exceed expectations. The Person:
