We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for this Hedge Fund based in London. This rewarding role will support circa 200 employees across EMEA and Asia and be supported by a junior HR Business Partner.

Description

Full HR lifecycle responsibility, a true generalist remit supporting circa 200 employees
Managing a junior HR Business Partner
Consult with leadership to assess talent needs and act as a strategic partner and advisor on all HR topics, e.g., team organisation, leadership, development, hiring needs, skill gaps, employee issues, restructures, succession etc
Redesigning policies and processes
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with overall business strategy.
Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Supporting business needs through robust and efficient HR practices.
Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
Overseeing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance
Understand IR35/AWR/tax relocation packages and the intersection of HR compliance, legal, and tax as needed
Good at navigating and presenting HR data to senior leadership
Ensuring legal compliance throughout all human resource management.
Liaising with the US HR team
Compensation analysis with managers with new hires as well as yearend SMCR requirements
Profile

Deep eperience in a fast-paced Hedge Fund or Asset Management firm as a Senior HRBP
SMCR knowledge
Experience as a true generalist – cradle to grave. Operational and strategic in approach.
Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to strategise and implement HR policies that positively impact business growth
Job Offer

An estimated salary range of £130,000 – £160,000 per annum dependant on experience.
Potential for a bonus of up to 25% of annual salary.
