I’m recruiting for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner in the not-for-profit sector. The role is based in Wolverhampton and is ideal for someone with experience of supporting a department, strong both operationally and strategic.

Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of people
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Profile

A successful Senor HR Business Partner should have:

Should have a Level 5 CIPD as a minimum
People oriented and results driven
Able to build relationships and challenge
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
