This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer within the Construction industry to join the Building Services division of a globally recognised, major Main Contractor that delivers some of the most flagship schemes in the world.

You will work on one of London’s current flagship projects a major commercial Shell & Core scheme.  More broadly, this company specialises in major Commercial, Data Centre and Pharmaceutical schemes.

Some of your duties will include:

Manage and select use of materials & safe systems of work which will impact the project
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (colleagues, design consultants etc).
Management of sub-contractors, monitoring and reviewing performance and KPI’s.
Establish and oversee local implementation of engineering systems, documentation / controls to comply with H&S legislation, & company standards
RFI’s and technical submittals
