A Leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Senior Production Operator to join their team. This is a unique chance to lead from the front, implement improvements.
This Senior Production Operator will work 4 days week one, 4 nights week 2 on rotation (no weekends).
Production Operator responsibilities include:
* Take full ownership of daily operations on your area, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for operational enhancement and implementing sustainable solutions
* Ensure machinery and equipment is running correctly on the line.
* Contribute effectively at changeovers to ensure that they happen within the allocated time
* Comply with Health, Safety, Environmental and food safety procedures, work instructions and safe systems of work.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—planning, quality, and maintenance—to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance
* Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving and minimising downtime
You will ideally be a Senor Production Operative used to working within a food manufacturing environment.
