Our client, a medium sized contractor are currently looking for a freelance (Outside IR35) Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a Utilities project in Solihull. This is a 12 month+ contract.

Day rate:

£400-£500 per day (Outside IR35)

Location:

Solihull, West Midlands

Requirements:

NEC forms of contract knowledge
Utilities or Civil Engineering experience
Savvy / personable individual
