The regional manager is seeking an aspiring Senior Site Manager to work on schemes within Midlands comprising of PRS and PBSA schemes.
As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the geographical area.
Some duties include:
* Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
* Demonstrate good financial knowledge
* Ensure site records are maintained
* Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
* Working on projects valued from £50m+
What my client look for:
This role would someone with the following:
* Previous experience in the Construction industry
* Hold the relevant certifications SMSTS, Construction Management degree, CSCS, Temporary works etc
