Salary: £45,190 – £50,390 DOE
Hours: Full-time 38.5 hours per week (7 x 12-hour shifts every two weeks)

Key Health is recruiting on behalf of a leading neurorehabilitation service for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) to provide high-quality care, leadership, and support within a specialist setting for individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries with additional mental health and physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centered care

* Assist in assessment, admission, and discharge planning for service users

* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and social workers

* Promote a learning culture within the team and provide mentorship & training

* Ensure risk management strategies and safeguarding measures are in place

What You’ll Need:

✔ Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) with active NMC registration
✔ 2+ years’ experience in a neurobehavioral or similar setting
✔ Strong leadership skills & ability to manage a team
✔ Knowledge of NMC standards, Mental Capacity Act & Clinical Governance
✔ Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
