We work exclusively with a nationwide for a fire & security business who, due to expansion within the business, are recruiting an additional Service Administrator / Engineer Administrator to join their team.
The responsibilities are;
* To provide full administrative support to the Service Department.
* To ensure that all non-routine attendance such as call-outs and small works / remedials work are booked in a timely manner ensuring that clients are informed.
* To take full, precise, details of all non-routine attendance (Call Outs) that are taken at the office during normal working hours and to ensure these are communicated onto the relevant personnel within the business and to maintain contact with the associated Call Out arrangements to ensure its conclusion is met.
* Setting up, keeping track and closing of all remedial works.
* Keep self up-to-date on technical requirements and industry standards – to be able to do the job.
* Keeping works calendar up to date.
* To perform other tasks as reasonably expected by the business.
* To provide full support of the Service Administrator – PPM in any absences
