Service Desk Project Manager – £446 Per Day – Inside IR35 – Hybrid

I am currently looking for a Service Desk Project Manager for a client of mine. This role requires a project manager who is experienced in managed services, your role will be aligned to two work streams: Service Desk Transformation and Technical Migration.

Location: Hybrid (Peterborough 3 days per week)

IR35 Status: Inside

Day Rate: £446 per day

Contract Length: 6 Months

Essential Experience Required:

Working with external clients on the migration from one platform to another.
Experience in scheduling migrations, managing customers expectations, working with customers for test plans.
Service Desk Project Management experience, working on service desk transformation projects.
Understanding current ITSM Solutions and advising on how to best align with ServiceNow.
Strong Stakeholder management experience
