Rentokil Initial is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who is keen to step into the role of Service Planner in Auckland. Reporting to the Manager, this is a pivotal role and you will be the “go to person” for the Auckland team.
In this role you will be: Supporting the team to ensure that the customer experience is up to scratch, your focus will be on service delivery through solid planning strategy; Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service. Working closely with supervisors and technicians to continually review performance against Service delivery goals and ensure best practice;
To succeed in this role, you will: Have a “can do attitude” and be solution focused to always deliver for the Customer. Have strong organisational and coordination skills, and a keen attention to detail; Be IT savvy and have good computer skills; Be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly outcome-focused; Have an outgoing personality and demonstrate a sound record of relationship-building and- maintenance skills; Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
