Shipping Coordinator

PE Global is recruiting a shipping Coordinator for our manufacturing client based in Peterborough. The role is an initial 12-month contract and the rate range is £14.79 – £20.07 p/h. The role is hybrid with 3 days on site, 2 wfh.

Responsibilities:
• Arrange for shipments of products to be despatched to customers based on available product
• Working with carriers and customers to agree collection schedules
• Send all relevant documentation for the shipments to the necessary contacts
• Prepare, submit and record the export entry for goods sent overseas

Requirements:
• Min. of 1 year Export experience or transportation/booking background desirable
• Customer service experience would be essential
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Great customer management abilities
• Problem solving – Proactive and eager to look for resolutions.

Please note PE Global cannot assist with sponsorship. Candidates will need a full visa to live and work within the UK for at least the next 12 months.
