Parkside Recruitment are working alongside a prestigious logistics firm seeking a Client Shipping Coordinator to oversee international shipments, with a focus on sea freight.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate high-value shipments across sea, air, and road freight
Liaise with clients, agents, and transport providers to ensure seamless logistics
Handle documentation including bills of lading, customs clearance, and invoices
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Support sales & operations teams with administrative and client-facing duties What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding (sea freight preferred)
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
✔ A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
