The Staffing Network is currently looking for a friendly, motivated, and dedicated Shop Floor Assistant to join our client based in Kent area. If you have a passion for customer service and love working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly shopping experience.
* Assist customers with product queries and help them find what theyre looking for.
* Ensure the shop floor is always tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
* Replenish stock, organize displays, and maintain product shelves to meet client high standards.
* Process customer purchases quickly and accurately at the checkout.
* Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
* Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
