Role
We are working with a market leading Social Housing contractor to recruit for a proactive and dynamic Site Manager to work on the Notting Hill Genesis contract, £19m p/a. This Site Manager will deliver an external refurbishment project based in West London. The external packages will involve windows and roof replacements on blocks and street properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
* Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
* Implement best practices in construction management to optimise efficiency and minimise risks.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and health and safety.
Requirements
* Experience in Social Housing
* Driving Licenses required!
* Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
* CSCS card and First Aid certification
